Delivery Options & Costs

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

  • Service Availability: Some services may not be available in remote or restricted areas.

  • Delivery Date Selection: Available during checkout.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Delivery – Estimated 4 working days

  • Express Delivery – Estimated 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery – Estimated 2 working days


Order Weight Guidelines

Orders Up to 25kg

  • Shipped via trusted courier partners

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage

  • Delivery date selection available at checkout

Orders Over 25kg

  • May be shipped via pallet or large-item courier

  • Ensure space for delivery access if pallet service is used

  • Pre-scheduled delivery date required at checkout


Important Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same business day. Orders after 1 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Restricted Zones: Additional charges may apply to remote or non-mainland addresses.

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive your order, redelivery fees may apply.

  • Damaged Orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your package arrives damaged. We’ll resolve it promptly.


Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery progress and estimated arrival.
